I have very much enjoyed catching up on your blog as I sit here trying to stretch Corin to his next feeding time. The link is not working for me right now, but I'm so excited to see Marianne's Cakes! I'll check back later and see if my computer will bring it up. We're in the process of some website changes for our photography, and I know the hours it takes to get everything up and running! Anxious to see the rewards of your work.Reading your blog is refreshing and inspiring. I loved hearing about your camping trip. Looks like a great location. Since David started school at Trinity, we've only camped out in our back yard. (our poor deprived boys) We considered going camping tonight to celebrate a big test David got out of the way today, but I'm afraid I chickened out with the 3-week-old-baby tiredness. I think we've opted to do a day of hiking tomorrow instead.I can also relate to your thoughts on traveling alone. I am rarely alone anywhere - even in the car - I'm obviously not driving to work these days, and it's hard to find time to walk alone like I used to in Alabama.I often realize that my soul and spirit are needing a long, lonely stretch of quiet road. So glad you had that time - even if it was for a hard reason.Have a great weekend - Sarah
Hi Marianne! Do you have any time to make a baby cake for Monday? I'm not absolutely positive yet what I want, but thought I'd check to see if you have the time. We are having a party for a lady here at work at noon on Monday. I could pick it up that morning as late as 11:30/11:45. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. The link to your website didn't work for me. I'm looking forward to seeing all your cakes. You do such a beautiful job.
