Broccoli Casserole Recipe

Here's something to balance the ice cream from previous posts (.....maybe?).
This was a casserole my mom made that came from her sister, Carol Jones.

Broccoli Casserole
1 Bag of Broccoli - precooked
1 can of mushroom soup
1 cup Swiss cheese - shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 jar pimentos
1 can fried onions

Save 1/2 can onions and 1/2 cup cheese and  put on top last 5 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Are you sure you aren't supposed to put a scoop of ice cream on top of each serving? ;)
